Open the app, go to the Pro upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Yes! The metronome, tuner, and all core features work completely offline. You only need internet for initial Pro purchase or restore.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
Check that your device isn't in Silent Mode (check the physical switch on iPhone). Also verify your volume is up and no Bluetooth devices are connected that might be receiving audio.
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
