Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SuperTime Ultra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Pro" features). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription purchases automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
User Content
You retain ownership of any audio recordings you create using the App. These recordings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Distribute or share your purchase with others
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
